This year on May 12, the International Nurses and Midwives Day is being observed worldwide. This day is celebrated across the world in order to say thanks to nurses. The day marks the birth anniversary of Florence Nightingale, who is the founder. This year, the International Nurses day is of more importance because it is the 200th anniversary of the founder of modern nursing.
